• Managingthe entire production shift through Shop Floor Management, KPI and production data
• Leading and developing foremen and coordinating production teams
• Monitoring the implementation of the production plan, performance, quality and taking appropriate measures
• Cooperation with maintenance, technology, quality and other departments of the company
• Active involvement in LEAN, standardisation and improvement projects
• responsibility for comliance with labor standards, OHS, PO and other company rules

For this work you need:

• Education in technical field – mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, automation or a similar field in an advantage
• Experience in leading and managing peoplein production environment, ideally at least 2 years in the position of foreman, team leader, production manager or similar position
• Organise team work, set priorities and take responsibility for the result
• Work with numbers, production indicators and look for the real causes of problems
• Orientation in principles of LEAN and continuous improvement
• User knowledge of PC, experience with ERP/MES and prosuction information systems is and advantage
• Natural authority, good communication skills and a drive for result
• Willingness to work in continuous operation

Job description:

• Operating, maintaining, and servicing the company’s water treatment systems—specifically water recycling, wastewater treatment, and demineralization units. You will be responsible for the technology that ensures everything “flows” correctly.
• Data collection, record-keeping, water quality monitoring, and replenishing necessary chemicals – you will ensure the water meets all standards and is of the highest possible quality.

What do we expect from you:

• Technical vocational education (chemistry background is a plus, but a general technical foundation is sufficient).
• Willingness to work in a continuous shift operation – schedules are planned in advance, allowing for personal time planning.
• Manual dexterity and physical fitness – operating the treatment plant will be a breeze for you.
• Basic PC skills (Word, Excel) – essential in today’s workplace.
• Responsibility, independence, and flexibility – every day brings new challenges; there’s never a dull moment!
• Category B driver’s license – useful for various site visits and other situations.
• Forklift certification/experience is an advantage.
