We are a European producer of aluminium aerosol cans. We have grown consistently over the last 25 years to become an industry leader in development and supply of the highest quality and most innovative, lightweight, shaped aerosol cans.

We have continually invested in the best available equipment, systems, processes and people. This has enabled us to improve the efficiency of our operations, reduce costs, reduce waste and increase our customers’ competitiveness.

We have a dedicated R&D group who have been responsible for the leading customer focused innovations in the industry. We offer Deep Full Body Shaping and Patented 360º Embossing. We lead the way with the lightest products on the market through our class leading Impact Extrusion manufacturing processes, supported by Patented Super Alloys. This has now been added to with DWI and much more to come.

History of our company

  • 1992 – Moravia Cans founded in today’s form.


    Company acquired from the Czech Republic’s privatisation process

    2004 – ISO 14001 accreditation obtained


    The world’s first full body shaped cans developed and produced

    2006 – Necking steps up a gear



    Installation of a line with 104 necking stations for ever more complex shaping

    2011 – A big step up in Capacity



    The World’s Fastest Impact Extruded Aluminium Aerosol Line installed (250cpm)

    1966 – First Aluminium Aerosol cans produced


    Aerosol cans first produced using semi-automated lines by part of the Zeveta Group of companies

    1997 – ISO 9001 Certification obtained.



    First step towards delivering the company as we know it today

    2005 – Leading the Industry with Light-Weighting


    Installation of the first wall ironing machine coupled with a line with 56 necking stations delivering cans that are 30% lighter 

    2010 – Superior Leak Detection



    The first installation of Wilco leak detection to detect pinholes in impact extruded aluminium cans down to 10μ

  • 2013 – Another World first.



    The commercial production of impact extruded aluminium aerosol cans made 100% from recycled material

    2015 – Off-Line Printing



    Off-line printer installed for greater speed and flexibility to meet customer print proofing needs

    2017 – More Capacity Added



    The second new line in the new hall is fully operational by March

    2012 – Leak Detection with Light, another World first


    First light tester in the world installed for the detection of pinholes in aluminium aerosol cans

    2014 – R&D Steps up another gear

    R&D facility strengthened by the addition of off-line necking machines to drive development of the next generation of shaping technology

    2016 – Further Expansion



    Construction of a new production hall. The first new line is installed and fully operational by September
